Deliveroo is seeking a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to own merchant monetisation across markets, shaping commission structures, merchant fees and pricing architecture. You will work with senior stakeholders, commercial leadership, product and finance to design and iterate monetisation strategies while building scalable tools and processes.
You will lead cross-functional teams, drive governance, and partner with Engineering to automate monetisation workflows.
