Senior Account Manager

Are you an experienced Senior Account Manager in the medical communications industry and looking to develop your skills in a new role? Oxford Pharma Genesis has a new, 10-month fixed-term client services opportunity! This is a hybrid role based in our London office.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support an established medical affairs account that has significant growth opportunities. This role will involve leading client liaison, end-to-end project delivery, full financial management and internal team coordination. You will oversee the delivery of a broad range of medical affairs materials, including standalone meetings, slide and info graphic development, and digital materials such as podcasts.

This role would suit a confident, highly organized and proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Owing to the nature of the account deliverables, this role will include travel to meet clients and to attend on-site events.

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager who has:

• experience managing medical affairs project delivery
• confidence consulting with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects progressing smoothly
• commercial awareness, including experience supporting project scope, timelines, budget tracking and reconciliation.
