Business Manager - Global Multi-Strat Hedge Fund

Attribution Search is working with a Global Multi-Strat Hedge Fund with an outstanding track record for development and internal mobility.

They are looking for a Business Manager to join the International Operations team.

The role focuses on cross-regional governance, strategic execution, project delivery, capacity planning, and senior stakeholder reporting. It’s a fantastic role for someone with a strong background in hedge funds, investment banking, or financial markets operations who enjoys bringing structure to complex work streams. The opportunity is paying up to paying up to 150k + Bonus.

• Own and drive strategic initiatives across international operations
• Partner with senior stakeholders across Operations, Technology, Data and regional teams
• Build clear governance, reporting and executive-level MI
• Lead capacity, resource and operating-model planning
• Track major transformation and migration programmes from planning through delivery
• Turn complex data into concise insights, risks and actions
• Improve processes, transparency and operational efficiency

• Strong experience in business management, operations, strategy, programme delivery, or business analysis
• Excellent Excel, analytical and reporting skills
• Strong understanding of financial markets, products, P&L and risk
• Comfortable operating with senior stakeholders across multiple regions

• Prior operational or middle office experience in trade support rather than strictly business/project management

This is a senior-facing position with broad exposure across an international platform. You'll have the autonomy to shape how initiatives are delivered, influence senior decision-makers and play a key role in improving the operating model of a growing global business.
