Xplor is building a high-impact Transformation team to drive strategic change across the business. As Director, Transformation, you will play a role leading work streams end-to-end and engaging directly with senior stakeholders — spanning business integration, systems and process modernization, and the practical application of AI across customer-facing functions. Reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer, you will help bring structure, rigor, and momentum to work that is foundational to Xplor's next phase of growth.

This is a fixed-term role for 12 months
, with the potential for extension. The Transformation team is designed as a proving ground: our hope and intent is that, at the end of the term, you'll move into a functional leadership role elsewhere in the business — bringing the relationships, context, and credibility you've built with you. Many of the skills and the visibility you'll gain here are hard to get anywhere else in the organization.

A core thread of this role is helping shape how AI reshapes customer-facing work at Xplor — rethinking how customer support, customer success, and sales operate in an AI-enabled world. You won't just support this shift; you'll help design it.

You'll work across a mix of transformation initiatives that could include things like integrating newly acquired businesses, modernizing core systems and tools, and applying AI to reshape how customer support, success, and sales operate.

• Own transformation projects from design through implementation and measurement of long-term business outcomes.
• Lead the transformation agenda for one or more assigned business functions.
