Zinc is seeking a GTM Operations Lead to own commercial operations, data consistency, and revenue processes in London. You will lead a small analyst team while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships and Outbound to align on goals and revenue strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will shape the data model, pipeline definitions, and forecast methodology, ensuring clean data across channels. A hands-on, player-coach approach is expected in year one.
