Role profile:The Revenue Operations Business Partner, EMEA/Americas KSA is a business partner to the Market Heads leading Sales & Account Management (SAM) for EMEA and Americas Key Strategic Accounts (KSA). The role supports and enables SAM and specifically Account Management in the markets by providing data insights to drive growth and manage risks, ensuring that sales tools and processes are adopted and optimized.
Role summary:The role is a key part of the respective Leadership Teams, providing structure and consistency to the operating rhythm and ensuring the leadership team is well positioned to achieved against strategic plans and objectives. The role reports into the Regional Business Partner Director.
You will lead the business by bringing data driven insights which deliver growth and anticipate risks. Through partnership with relevant functions, you will encourage adoption of enablement tools, processes and standard methodologies, and identify areas for improvement.
What you'll be doing:Business Management:
- Ensure operating rhythm is coordinated and driving value, including account plan reviews, regional leadership meetings and preparation for global reviews
- Build effective communication plans for the market
- Partnering with other Rev Ops business partners to align support to the business
- Driving data quality improvements in key areas such as renewals and pipeline management
- Coordinate forecast cadence, processes, insights and actions for EMEA and Americas KSA markets
- Support leadership to run the business as a strategic advisor, delivering data driven insights to leaders which advise decision making
- Craft and deliver executive messaging of performance and execution plans
- Build action plans to improve the health of the business through regular review of key leading and lagging indicators
