The Role

We’re looking for talented individuals to join our team and play a key role in shaping global and US-based pricing & market access strategies .

Responsibilities

Project Delivery

You will support the development ofpricing & market access strategies tofacilitatethe introduction of new medicines, through:

  • Conducting research on global and/or US-based pricing and reimbursement systems, as well as market access policies.
  • Developing pricing& market access strategies tofacilitatethe introduction of new medicines.
  • Engaging inqualitative and quantitative stakeholder research to inform and refine pricing& market access strategies.
  • Assessing and interpreting payer perspectives to guide strategic decisions.
  • Effectively communicating research findings through clear, compelling materials.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Conducting secondary research toidentifyand summarise relevant clinical, access, and pricing information accurately and concisely.
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative data to draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Staying informed about global trends in pricing, reimbursement systems, and market access policies to keep internal knowledge up to date.
  • Contributing to report and presentation development as part of a collaborative project team.
  • Partnering with clients to understand theirobjectivesand support them in achieving their goals.
  • Assisting team members with logistical and planning tasks, including coordinating primary research activities.

What we are looking for:
  • Values: Someone who embodies our company values in everything they do– setting the tone for efficiency, quality, accountability, proactivity,communication and teamwork, creating a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Experience: 1-2+ years of experience in a global and/ or US strategic market access consultancy, with experience supporting market access projects, ideally across a range of methodologies, conducting the tasks outlined above.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record in life sciences, health economics, or a related field.
  • Research

    Skills:

    Experience in researching medical and life sciences information, including scientific and clinical literature, drug development pipelines, and health system decision-making, with a strong ability to reference literature accurately.
  • Analytical

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar tools for numerical analysis.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, particularly in navigating complex scientific / healthcare challenges.
