We are looking for a highly organized and experienced International Client Account Manager who is passionate about building strong client relationships, delivering exceptional client experiences, and helping clients unlock value from Circana's solutions.to lead and or support the management of Circana's international client relationships.

Working closely with International Key Account Directors, this role focuses on account coordination, commercial administration, client problem solving and query support, and cross-functional collaboration. The International Client Manager plays a key role in ensuring seamless execution across markets and functions, helping deliver an outstanding client experience.

This role does not own client strategy, thought leadership, or insight delivery responsibilities.

• Support International Key Account Directors in the day-to-day management of international clients.
• Manage client requests and ensure timely follow-up and resolution
• Build strong relationships with key client contacts and become a trusted day-to-day partner.
• Act as a key liaison & coordinating activities between commercial, operations, finance, legal, local market teams and other internal teams as necessary.
• Support with administration and documentation of client contracts:
  Letters of commitment, Service level agreements, Requests for quotes/proposals, Third party agreements
• Collect inputs to support pricing, proposal and renewal processes
• Partner with Finance regarding invoicing queries/management, annual spend reporting, roll up target tracking, ad-hoc spend reporting, annual rebate payments, discounts, and free funds.
• Help update pipeline tracking, renewal tracker updates, and other account administration activities.

• Partner with Operations teams to collect and monitor international service delivery tracking, go to green plans, root cause analysis
• Support client satisfaction tracking, governance processes and follow-up activities.
