As a Senior Product Manager at Suvera Ltd, you will own a new product end-to-end, reporting directly to the CEO. You'll lead discovery to uncover user needs, partner with engineering and design to align technical architecture with user-centric solutions, and use data-driven insights to drive the roadmap for 300,000+ patients.

• Own the 0-1 journey of a new product with high autonomy and direct reporting to the CEO at a pivotal growth moment.
• Join a mission-driven team backed by Google for Startups and Morningside Ventures, managing healthcare for over 300,000 patients.
• Work in a culture that prioritizes deep work and balance, including no meetings before 10am and meeting-free Fridays.

• Lead end-to-end product discovery through user research and stakeholder interviews to translate findings into clear, actionable requirements.
• Utilize Mixpanel and Omni to surface quantitative insights that inform roadmap decisions and defend prioritization with evidence.
• Act as the primary interface between engineering and design, navigating technical architecture and system design trade-offs to deliver quality features.

• Has 2–5 years of startup product management experience, successfully prioritizing for engineering teams of 5-10 people.
• Demonstrates genuine technical fluency, including the ability to read API documentation and discuss complex system architecture with engineers.
• Brings a scrappy, independent mindset to ambiguous environments, with a strong curiosity for care advisors, patients, and NHS workflows.
