Business Process and Strategy Director

DIRECTOR – BUSINESS PROCESS & STRATEGY (Process Mining | Process Transformation | Process Reimagination) ROLE OVERVIEW The Director – Business Process & Strategy will lead enterprise-scale process mining–driven transformation and process reimagination initiatives. This role is responsible for defining strategy, owning large transformation portfolios, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-backed process intelligence, digital process models, and advanced analytics–enabled redesign.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Define and own the enterprise process transformation and reimagination strategy aligned to business outcomes. Lead large-scale process mining and discovery initiatives to identify bottlenecks, rework, inefficiencies, and risks. Sponsor creation and use of Digital Process Models and Digital Process Twins to simulate future-state scenarios. Translate insights into actionable transformation of roadmaps and operating model changes. Govern transformation portfolios with clear KPIs, benefits, realization, and executive reporting.

Partner with business, IT, risk, and compliance teams to ensure scalable and compliant execution. Build and grow a high-performing process and strategy practice including methods, accelerators, and talent. Support business development, client engagement, and executive storytelling. QUALIFICATIONS 12+ years of experience in process transformation, operating model design, or business strategy. Strong leadership experience managing large, cross-functional transformation programs. Deep expertise in process mining and value-stream optimization.
