YOUR ROLEThis is a high impact role in the Cloud Advisory capability unit contributing to our leadership in cloud transformation across our clients in different industry sectors.

As a Consultant/Senior Consultant – Cloud Operating Model Transformation, you will support clients in designing, assessing and evolving cloud operating models that are automation-first and AI-ready. You will work hands-on across technology, service management and organisational change to help clients realise tangible business outcomes from cloud adoption, with a particular focus on how GenAI, agentic workflows and intelligent automation are reshaping how organisations operate in the cloud.

Key responsibilities include:

· Cloud Transformation Advisory:
Advise clients on the operational and organisational impacts of cloud transformation and help develop digitally enabled business models underpinned by cloud and data-driven, AI-ready operating models.
· Assessments and Audits:
Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to identify areas for improvement through standardisation, automation, improved data flows and readiness for AI-enabled operations, and translate findings into the design of future-state operating models, service management processes and organisational structures that are standardisation-led, automation-first and AI-ready.
· Future State Design & Operating Model Definition:
Design target cloud operating models, service management frameworks, and organisational structures that reflect the client’s strategic ambitions and cloud maturity. Define future-state processes across service delivery, governance and operational workflows ensuring designs are practical, measurable and aligned to automation-first and AI-ready principles.
· Monitoring and Evaluation:
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness and maturity of cloud operating model transformations, using operational metrics, serviced data and insights to recommend improvements. Support the introduction of intelligent monitoring, service analytics and AIOps-aligned practices where appropriate.
· Deliver Business Outcomes:
Use skills in strategy development, service management, agile delivery, Dev Ops, business process mapping and organisational design to deliver digitally enabled business outcomes. Support the enabling of automation, intelligent workflows and AI-assisted operations as part of broader cloud transformation initiatives.

· GenAI & Agentic Operations Advisory:
Advise clients on the practical application of large language models, copilot tooling and agentic AI within cloud operating models, including use cases in service management automation, intelligent triage, and AI-assisted decision-making.
· AI Governance & Responsible Adoption:
Support clients in understanding AI governance considerations, including data quality and transparency.
