Position: Program Manager, ATS Programs, Relay Load Board (RLB)
Amazon’s Program Manager plays a central role in our global business. They keep our complex, international supply chains working seamlessly and efficiently. As a Program Manager, you will work closely with multiple stakeholders across Amazon, from Operational teams who are fulfilling customer orders to Program teams and everything in between. You’ll help us optimise our programs to make our customer experience even better and our business more energy and cost efficient.

Key job responsibilities
- Define Program and operating models for business
- Analyse and interpret data to improve efficiency across programs and multiple operations
- Partner with teams to advise on and manage operational challenges
- Support the planning and organisation of complex projects
- Create short- and long-term innovative solutions using data and research to address wider challenges in your organisation.

- Enhance operational performance and influence change needed from Stakeholder teams.

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting teams and contribuiting to reliable and trustful partnership with internal Stakeholders.

- Analysing complex data to explain KPIs performance and identify opportunities to achieve higher targets.

- Communicate findings and proposals in a clear and compelling way verbally and in written.

A day in the life Being a Program Managers for Amazon involves lots of problem solving. You’ll work with a number of teams to navigate challenges as and when situations impact our network. You’ll spend time resolving temporary issues and looking at the bigger picture to drive Amazon towards achieving new objectives.

As a Program Managers, you’ll need to help with both on-the-ground tasks and more tactical work. No two days will be the same. You could spend one day helping to define our Programs and operating models and the next assisting with a site’s resource plan for a busy period. Having so much variety in your role means you’ll be able to learn something new every day.

Basic qualifications
- Master's degree, or Associate's degree or above
- Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment
- Experience implementing process improvements
- Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams, including operations
- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at a moderate or advanced level

Preferred qualification - Experience in driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
