Remitly is seeking a regional Lead for its Ambassador Programme in Europe. You will own growth, health, and performance of the ambassador community, recruiting, onboarding and training ambassadors, and ensuring a high-quality base driving new customer acquisition and long-term remittance usage.
The role requires hands-on leadership, relationship-building, and collaboration with Legal/Compliance, Marketing, and Country Managers. Hybrid onsite Tue–Thu, with flexible in-market needs.
