ð¼ PermanentI’m supporting a growing technology business operating within the healthcare sector as it expands its product team.

They’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of an established digital service and shape its next stage of development. The successful person will combine strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and be comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment.

The role

You’ll lead an important area of the company’s product portfolio, working across technology, design, operations and commercial teams.

Responsibilities will include:

Setting clear product priorities and defining the longer-term direction

Leading discovery, development and continuous improvement

Understanding customer needs and turning insights into practical solutions

Coordinating stakeholders around shared objectives

Supporting the launch and ongoing development of new capabilities

Helping strengthen product practices as the company grows

What they’re looking for Experience owning digital products throughout their lifecycle

Strong discovery, prioritisation and delivery skills

Confidence using data to inform decisions

Experience working with multidisciplinary teams

The ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersA practical approach and willingness to take ownership

An interest in using technology to improve healthcare

Previous healthcare experience would be beneficial, but candidates from other complex, regulated or service-led environments will also be considered.
