Permanent As a Product Manager at Quilter Invest, you'll be joining a growing and ambitious fintech Product team.

You will be the key link between our customers, stakeholders and development team. You will help shape our shared product backlog, define features and prioritise work that delivers maximum value.

Our Product Managers represent our customers to the rest of the business, this means understanding their pain points, what delights them, and how we can better serve their needs.

Key Responsibilities Plan Collaborate  with stakeholders to refine and work towards the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives.

Contribute and manage the product backlog, ensuring it’s aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives, and that features are prioritised to deliver the most value.

Lead market research, identify customer problems and opportunities, and generate innovative solutions that contribute to product strategy.

Create Inform design implementation that best supports our customers, with the user’s experience at the centre of every decision.

Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and regulatory requirements are met while balancing competing priorities.

Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to ensure the development team understands what to build and why.
