Product Lead - UW WB

Reference: 57847I am partnering with a truly tech-drive MGA looking for a Lead Product Manager to lead product strategy and delivery within their Underwriting Workbench operational value stream, partnering with business, engineering and design teams to improve workflows, decision-making and user experience.

Responsibilities Own and define the product strategy and roadmap for a core operational value stream, aligning priorities with business and technology goals.

Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, balancing user needs, commercial priorities and technical considerations.

Drive improvements to operational efficiency, decision-making and user experience by solving meaningful business problems.

Define success measures, use performance data and customer feedback to evaluate impact, and continuously refine product direction.

Champion product management best practices and foster a culture of learning, experimentation and continuous improvement.

Skills and experience:

Experience in a senior Product Manager, Product Lead or similar role within insurance or Insur Tech.

An eagerness to make a difference. This is an opportunity to have a seat at the table, working with onshore teams and some of the best minds in insurance.

Deep understanding of underwriting processes and workflows, with the ability to apply this expertise to product decisions.

A strong product management mindset, with experience across discovery, prioritisation, roadmap development and delivery.

Proven track record of delivering measurable business value by solving complex problems and improving products, processes or user outcomes.
