RHR is seeking an ecommerce operations manager to own the health of a custom built platform during live trading. You’ll watch dashboards and alerts, investigate drifts or failures, and ensure orders flow from checkout to door.
The role focuses on monitoring, problem solving, and communicating platform status to merchandising and logistics teams. Candidates should have robust ecommerce operations experience, ideally in fashion or high-volume retail, with SQL as a strong advantage.
