Graduate​/Junior Client Project Associate : Risk Consultancy 2nd language

We’re working exclusively with a highly innovative and rapidly growing risk consultancy that is challenging the traditional approach to commercial risk and insurance. This is a business that works with some of the UK’s most sophisticated corporate organisations, helping them better understand, manage and transfer risk.

As part of their continued growth, they’re looking to appoint a Graduate/Junior Client Project Associate to join their Project Management team. This is a genuinely varied role, combining project management, client engagement, stakeholder management and commercial problem-solving, with exposure to senior decision-makers across a portfolio of predominantly mid-market, PE-backed businesses. Working closely with a Project Director and technical delivery team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring client projects are delivered effectively and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating multiple client projects from set-up through to delivery
• Managing project timelines, budgets, documentation and key milestones
• Acting as a key day-to-day contact for clients and external stakeholders
• Building strong relationships with brokers, insurers and other market partners
• Managing client queries and ensuring issues are progressed to resolution
• Producing high-quality client-facing reports and documentation
• Supporting client renewals, proposals and business development opportunities
• Developing your network across the commercial risk and insurance market
• Supporting internal transformation and strategic projects

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for someone who is commercially curious, highly organised and confident dealing with clients and senior stakeholders.

You may already have experience within insurance, risk, professional services or consulting — although sector experience isn't essential if you can demonstrate strong client management and project skills.

You'll ideally have:

• Skilled in another European language in French/German/Spanish/Italian/Dutch/Portuguese or Polish
• Recent Bachelor's degree from a good university
• Experience managing client relationships, ideally with senior stakeholders
• Some project management and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A natural ability to take ownership and drive problems through to resolution
• Strong influencing and negotiation skills
• Commercial awareness and genuine intellectual curiosity
• A desire to develop specialist expertise within risk and consulting
• The confidence and initiative to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
