Own and communicate the App Squad's product strategy, OKRs and roadmap across iOS and Android;
Frame and prioritise opportunities using explicit value hypotheses;
Lead evidence-based discovery with Digital Product Design;
Work with Engineering and Delivery Managers to create delivery plans, align dependencies, manage risks and remove blockers;
Balance strategic initiatives, optimisation, platform health and foundational capabilities;
Define success measures, guardrails and instrumentation with Data and Engineering;
Drive launch readiness while protecting customer outcomes and experience quality;
Review KPI movement and customer signals after launch and recommend whether to iterate, scale, stop or move on;
Create a clear product narrative, clarify decision rights and elevate disagreements with options and recommendations;
Document roadmap rationale, decisions, risks, learnings and commitments to support an effective handover.

Proven Product Management experience delivering and improving consumer-facing digital products;
Meaningful ownership of a native mobile app across iOS and Android;
Strong outcome-led product practice and commercial judgement;
Experience setting OKRs, defining KPI stacks, framing value and prioritising opportunities;
Experience linking product metrics to revenue, retention or customer value;
Experience using product analytics, customer insight and experimentation to make decisions and evaluate impact;
Experience working with Product Design, Engineering and Delivery Managers in a cross-functional squad;
Strong understanding of mobile product delivery, including release planning, app-store considerations, instrumentation, performance, stability, accessibility and privacy;
Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills;
Ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels;
Sound judgement in ambiguity and a high bar for coherent, intuitive and inclusive mobile experiences;
Highly organised and dependable, with the ability to retain context and manage a smooth maternity-cover handover.
