• Own and manage a portfolio of retail and business deposit products
• Define and deliver the product strategy and roadmap
• Engage stakeholders to drive business objectives
• Monitor product performance, pricing and market trends
• Identify growth opportunities and improve profitability
• Lead product governance activities, including new product approvals, enhancements and annual product reviews
• Manage product risks with a focus on customer outcomes, conduct risk and regulatory compliance
• Investigate product-related incidents, identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Leverage customer insights, market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance the product proposition
• Build cross-functional stakeholder relationships to deliver product outcomes and strategic initiatives
• Take responsibility for risks and raise concerns when appropriate.

• Strong product management and product development experience
• Ability to shape and enhance customer propositions
• Deep understanding of customer needs
• Ability to use data and insights to drive product improvements
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to interpret data and communicate complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge of product governance, risk management and conduct requirements
