Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Product Manager (Leadership) - Risk
Location: Greater London

Meta is on a mission to give people the power to build community and bring the world closer together. To deliver on that mission responsibly, we need to earn and maintain the trust of everyone who uses our products — and that starts with how we handle their data.

The product risk org at Meta shapes how regulations will govern an entire industry for decades to come. We're building the frameworks, tooling, and culture that embed responsible data practices into every product decision across the company.

You’ll operate at the intersection of product strategy, regulatory complexity, and engineering ’ll own ambiguous, high-impact problem spaces — driving clarity where there is none, influencing cross-functional partners across the organisation, and setting the standard for how Meta meets its obligations with increasing efficiency and craft. This is a role for someone who thrives on navigating complexity, brings strong product judgment to novel regulatory landscapes, and can translate external requirements into scalable product solutions.

  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management
  • 12+ years of experience working collaboratively with engineering, design and user research teams
  • Experience leading cross-functional product team(s) across a full product line: crafting product mission and strategy, defining product requirements, coordinating resources from other groups (marketing, legal, etc.), and driving the team to achieve key milestones and goals
  • Bachelor’s degree (or relevant degree equivalent): STEM subject ideal but not essential (Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Analytics, Mathematics, Physics, Applied Sciences)
  • 5+ years experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders identifying and hiring the right talent to build a cross-functional team
  • Demonstrated experience in communication, bringing extreme clarity to complex messages
  • Extensive understanding in analyzing large scale, complex data sets and making effective decisions based on data
  • Demonstrated experience in communication, bringing clear and concise communication of complex messages to technical and non-technical stakeholders to complex messages
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences
  • Experience in Risk, Trust, Compliance, or similar fields
  • Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)
  • Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, quality and accuracy reviews)
