- Provide dedicated commercial planning and analysis expertise for strategic projects supporting the Premier business
- Develop business cases and commercial plans underpinning investment decisions, prioritisation and benefit realisation
- Deliver Premier commercial analysis and reporting
- Surface enhanced MI and insights to identify commercial opportunities aligned with the Premier growth strategy
- Influence and optimise MI delivery so financial performance is clearly understood
- Turn evidence into decisions and actions that prioritise investment, accelerate growth and maintain performance against target
- Turn timely insight into strategic business cases supporting Premier Transformation delivery
- Review distribution metrics and provide performance analysis across Premier
- Collect commercial data to produce clear business-level reporting
- Review market-share data and deliver insight
- Prepare concise submissions, data and analysis for senior stakeholder briefings
- Create dashboards showing commercial performance
- Hands-on experience delivering commercial insight, analysis and reporting from ideation to implementation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders
- Change implementation and delivery experience
- Knowledge of relevant legal policies, regulatory and risk obligations as they impact initiatives
- Strategic thinking to simplify complex, competing priorities and communicate them clearly
- Ability to drive executional excellence amid ambiguity and change
Demonstrates expertise in commercial planning and analysis, with a focus on developing business cases and delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and performance optimization. Proficient in stakeholder management and change implementation within a regulatory framework.
