Business Analyst - AVP - TOM & Business Architecture

What you'll do:
Prepare detailed business analysis documentation, including target operating models, process frameworks, comprehensive business requirements, and test scripts, to support the design, development, and implementation of solutions. Monitor and analyze regulatory developments across the EMEA region, collaborating with subject matter experts to assess their implications and document actionable impacts on systems and processes. Identify and formalize changes to operating models, establish clear timelines, and define governance structures to ensure effective implementation.

Provide robust support for quality assurance activities, including testing phases, and assist in resolving any issues that may arise. Develop structured plans and processes to evaluate the impact of changes while maintaining comprehensive documentation that adheres to audit and compliance requirements.
