Introduction:The EMEA & NAM Business Development Team oversees new client
acquisition and account management. The team is a fast-paced and dynamic unit focused
on sales transactions for the company. The key goal of the team is to launch, innovate, and
scale our corporate travel solutions. The Business Development manager's primary focus
will be identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining
strong relationships with key stakeholders of global multinational companies and small-
medium enterprises, developing the sales strategy, and managing the sales funnel within
designated market(s) to secure new agreements for
Responsibilities:- To promote ’s awareness and corporate travel solution to the designated markets
- Secure the new agreement of global MNC and SME and facilitate the onboarding process
- Plan, develop, and execute the sales plan to deliver the key results
- Collaborate and consult with corporate clients to extend relationships, increase the user adoption rate of ’s Travel Solution, and optimize their investment.
- Collaborate across and Group internal teams, including product, finance, legal, R&D, service, and marketing teams, to achieve clients’ expectations and secure new agreements as well as client retention.
- To work closely with business leads in both global and regional teams to mutually drive revenue growth.
- Deliver against assigned quarterly goals while prioritizing and delivering excellent client service to the clients.
- Collaborate with Product Management and the rest of the cross-functional team to formulate and refine the product roadmap. Lead projects and initiatives as required, with the ability to guide cross-functional teams to achieve established goals and deliverables as needed.
- Perform research, quantitative analysis, and modeling as necessary to enable key business decisions.
- Represent in the destinations to increase brand awareness and interact with local partners by launching seminars, sales activities, tradeshow participation, and industry/partner events.
- Prepare presentation and all the necessary reports
- Assist in additional tasks and projects when needed
- A min. 5 years experience in corporate development, business development/or a reputable global or local TMC /or in airline, and acting in a sales function /or in B2B/Bedbanks/Wholesale as and acting in sales function
- Detail oriental and fast learning capacity
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to adjust different communication methods depending on the stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of TMC
- Hungry for success but humble
- Fluent in Excel, PowerPoint, and any other related software to help day-to-day operations
- Willing to travel, if needed
