Reporting Analyst
Our client is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Reporting Analyst to join their People Function, specifically within the Delivery & Schemes (D&S) Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on evidence-based decision-making and enhance workforce management processes.
Start ASAP, pending compliance checks, hours Monday-Friday 36 hours per week, this is a hybrid working role one day a week in the office, duration is for 6 months, pay - £(Apply online only) per day via umbrella, location can be from one of our clients offices

- Canary Wharf, Glasgow, or Cardiff.
Key Responsibilities:
Looking at HR reports and advising on improvements, as well as highlighting opportunities for pulling different data packs together.
Deliver accurate, timely, and insightful workforce management information, dashboards, and analyses that support strategic and operational decision-making.
Transform complex people data into clear, actionable insights by identifying trends, risks, and opportunities that inform workforce planning and organisational change.
Ensure high standards of data quality and compliance with GDPR and Civil Service reporting standards.
Lead the enhancement of reporting processes, dashboards, and KPIs to improve usability and analytical depth.
Act as a trusted analytical partner, providing clear narratives and advice to support organisational priorities.
Role Requirements:
Proven ability to interpret and analyse complex data sets.
Skilled in designing and maintaining workforce reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data quality.
Ability to present complex data in an accessible way for non-technical audiences.
Professional qualification in data analytics, HR analytics, or a similar discipline (or equivalent experience).Desirable Attributes:
Knowledge of data visualisation best practises.
Understanding of Civil Service HR policies and reporting standards.
This role will involve engaging with various stakeholders and championing best practises in workforce analytics, ensuring data integrity and robust reporting capabilities.
