Lead and scale Sitemate's European GTM operations as we transition from startup to scale-up. You'll take ownership of a 20-person team across sales development, account executives, account managers, and customer success - optimising current performance while building the foundation for aggressive growth. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead from the front. You'll be in the trenches with your team, modelling our GTM Operating Principles daily: always keeping the ball in your court, leveraging micro-commitments, and building systematic, repeatable processes that drive consistent outcomes.

Employment:

• Salary:

  • OTE Remuneration: £150,000 - £200,000 (incl. Pension)

  • Base Salary: £100,000 - £130,000 (incl. Pension)

  • Commission: £50,000 - £70,000 (incl. Pension)

Storm is our AI agent layer, working underneath Dashpivot, Gearbelt, the Sitemate App, and Flowsite to turn what happens on-site into structured, auditable records.
