The Team:The Fixed Income team is dedicated to adapting to evolving market dynamics, emphasizing technology and product expertise. We value collaboration, innovation, and strategic thinking, aiming to provide best-in-class products and solutions globally.
Responsibilities and Impact:- Drive commercial strategy focusing on electronification, data utilization, and geographic expansion.
- Assess partnership opportunities to enhance the Fixed Income offering.
- Collaborate with the global Fixed Income team for coherent strategy implementation.
- Create and execute the Fixed Income product pipeline.
- Monitor client engagement across Fixed Income, with a focus on the buyside.
- Shape the Fixed Income narrative via conferences, press, and social media.
- Provide best in class products and solutions based on proprietary tools and interoperability with external vendors.
- Collaborate with internal sales and account management teams to effectively service our existing and expand our client base.
- Basic
Required Qualifications:
Extensive capital markets knowledge, including electronic trading and data. - Active interest in Fixed Income markets and infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of the primary market process.
- Ability to engage at the highest level with clients, regulators, and vendors.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Foreign language skills beneficial.
- Proven track record in driving revenue through commercial acumen.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Ability to work effectively in a global team environment.
