Our graduate programme will provide you with first‑hand experience while working towards a professional qualification. You’ll join us on a 2 – 3 year trainee programme, working towards Project Management Chartered Surveyor status with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). If you do not have an RICS accredited Real Estate degree, you will complete a fully funded online master's degree (MSc) in Construction Management with the University of the Built Environment as part of the graduate programme.
You will be fully supported by both JLL and the University throughout your academic journey. Rotating exclusively within the Project Management team you will get variety of experience in how property projects are delivered – from one‑off projects to multi‑site locations. You will take ownership for real work that will help our clients achieve their ambitions. You will gain exposure across a project’s lifecycle, working on different sized projects with various types of clients and understand the different strategies clients may have in managing their real estate assets.
your day‑to‑day will look like
- You’ll be supporting the lead Project Manager to deliver project tasks such as:
- Progress and Design Team meetings taking minutes to define actions and outcomes to move the project forwards
- Project Administration from document management/information flow to invoicing
- Contract Administration tasks such as change control to instructions
- Drafting and delivering work that may involve presentations to clients, and progress reports
- You’ll learn how to use various programmes/systems/databases so we can collect information that will help us determining the best solution for clients
- You’ll attend site visits to monitoring and reporting against contractor progress
- You’ll research and keep up to date with relevant market insight and property legislation that may impact our work
- You’ll build relationships across our business and clients to ensure we deliver a great service
- You’ll take part in regular training in business skills, technical knowledge, and professional development to support your growth

- Support from your buddy – You’ll be paired with a peer on a similar pathway to you who will be there to answer any questions and guide you.

- Surveying qualification support – You’ll take part in various workshops to build your knowledge and skills for your Chartership assessment. You will be designated a mentor who will support you throughout the programme.
