They are investing heavily in data, analytics, and commercial planning to support continued growth and improve decision-making across the business.The RoleAs an Forecasting Analyst, you will take ownership of sales and margin forecasting across retail and e-commerce channels, partnering closely with commercial and operational stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Build and maintain sales forecasts across retail stores and online channels
• Deliver daily, weekly, monthly, and annual forecasting models to support trading performance
• Analyse trends in traffic, conversion, basket value, and sales performance
• Provide insight-led recommendations to optimise commercial and trading decisions
• Forecast margin performance and support promotional planning strategies
• Translate sales forecasts into operational demand requirements for wider business planning
• Present forecasts, risks, opportunities, and performance updates to senior stakeholders
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve forecasting accuracy
• Partner with teams across Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, E-commerce, and Category functions
