Your role
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Global Operations Associate on a permanent basis within our Operations division. This position falls under our Cross Borders line of business and is based in our London (Moorgate) office. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring that funds reach our global clients promptly and effectively while providing the highest degree of accuracy, confidentiality and maintaining successful internal relationships.
You will report directly to the Global Head of Operations and regularly collaborate with other teams and departments.
As a Global Operations Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing:
- Assigned workspace in the London (Moorgate) office
- Company-issued equipment
- Formal hands-on training
- Processing Foreign Exchange transactions, creating Beneficiary templates, and completing end-of-day audit checks.
- Posting transaction support of all Investigations inquiries minimizing any client and beneficiary disruption.
- Working closely with internal business units to improve service delivery and workflow efficiency.
- Creating and reviewing Policies and Procedures.
- Verifying and organizing client data within the given time frame.
- Complying with all applicable policies, standards, guidelines, and controls.
- Supporting Ad Hoc projects as requested.
- Relevant full-time work experience, ideally in operational roles within fintechs/FX background.
- Exposure to and understanding of global payments would be beneficial.
- Ability to organize, plan and schedule activities and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and diplomacy skills and comfort in dealing with individuals across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fully proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Outlook).
- IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and work independently under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision.
