Job Description & How to Apply Below
Location: Greater London

Join a global leader in the toy and consumer products industry, renowned for creating some of the world's most loved brands and delivering innovative products to consumers in over 100 countries. Backed by a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous growth, this is an exciting opportunity to become part of a fast-growing business where you'll play a key role in shaping the future of demand planning.

Working within a dynamic operations team, you'll help build best-in-class forecasting processes while supporting the launch and growth of globally recognised products.

As a Demand Planner, you'll be responsible for translating commercial sales ambitions into realistic, data-driven demand plans that enable the Supply Chain and Procurement teams to execute effectively. You'll develop and maintain accurate forecasts using historical data, market trends and new product assumptions, while monitoring forecast accuracy and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Procurement and Supply Chain, you'll challenge assumptions, align inventory planning with business objectives and contribute to the implementation of a formal Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) framework.

You'll also play a key role in documenting new forecasting processes, producing insightful reporting and presenting risks, opportunities and recommendations to stakeholders across the business.

We're looking for an experienced Demand Planner with at least 2-3 years' experience in a dedicated forecasting or demand planning role, ideally within the toy industry or another highly seasonal, fast-moving consumer goods environment. You'll have strong analytical skills, be highly proficient in Excel or Google Sheets, and have experience using ERP or planning systems such as SAP or Oracle alongside reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau or similar.

Experience working within an S&OP environment is highly desirable, as is the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights to stakeholders at all levels. You'll be confident working in a growing business, comfortable challenging assumptions and thrive in an environment where you can improve both processes and performance. German language skills would be advantageous but are by no means essential.

Offering a salary of up to £50,000, this role also includes an annual bonus equivalent to one month's salary, 33 days' holiday, pension, and a flexible hybrid working model. Based in the company's modern offices in central London, you'll work three days in the office and two from home. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business investing heavily in its operations, where you'll have the chance to shape new forecasting processes, influence strategic decision-making and build your career within a globally recognised organisation experiencing continued growth.
