- Supporting businesses to transform their portfolios in line with sustainability drivers.
- Helping organisations source better materials, products, and packaging considering a range of environmental and social indicators (e.g. carbon, biodiversity, human rights, local sourcing etc.)
- Seeking opportunities to drive circularity and value simultaneously to identify new forms of revenue generation.
- Navigating the complex landscape of product and packaging regulation and what it means for businesses.
- Leveraging data, AI, and emerging digital tools to drive smarter decisions, improve compliance, unlock efficiencies, and accelerate sustainable business transformation.

- Conducting and/or advising on supply chain ESG due diligence, risk assessments, and data analysis.
- Seeking opportunities to drive sustainability and value simultaneously to identify new forms of revenue generation.
Be responsible for delivering projects that drive maximum impact for our global clients, with the support of a Project Lead and Project Manager. Develop strong client relationships and a nuanced understanding of their priorities to be able to support their growth. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across ERM to deliver integrated sustainability solutions. Support the development of new and existing services in line with market needs – from contributing to thought leadership to building new capabilities.

- Educated to degree/master’s degree level, preferably in a sustainability related field.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to translate complex information into clear, compelling narratives.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, including developing well‑structured presentations and managing or analysing complex datasets.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Excellent inter‑personal skills, with both internal teams and client facing – including an ability to work in a collaborative environment and across disciplines.
