Location: Greater London

Manage and develop existing and new products and/or services
Own related customer and colleague journeys where applicable
Develop product strategy and drive change through Barclays execution teams
Make key decisions throughout the product lifecycle and own outcomes for customers, colleagues and the bank
Develop customer-level strategies and solutions tailored to customer needs
Act as a subject matter expert, guiding and advising stakeholders on products, propositions, and journeys
Develop product propositions and/or service strategy, define delivery priorities, and lead execution
Develop commercial and business models based on financial drivers of the relevant P&L
Evaluate technical feasibility, legal compliance, and risks associated with new products
Monitor market trends and analyze feedback through prototypes, user testing, and beta programs
Manage launch plans and technical deployments, including timelines, marketing, training, and communications
Monitor adoption, usage, customer satisfaction, complaints, and revenue metrics
Advise and influence decision-making and contribute to policy development
Lead complex assignments or teams and coach employees where applicable
Consult on complex issues and advise People Leaders on escalated issues
Mitigate risk and develop policies and procedures supporting controls and governance
Collaborate across functions and business divisions in a complex matrix organization
Analyze data from internal and external sources to solve problems creatively and effectively
Communicate complex information and influence stakeholders to achieve outcomes
Own product vision, manage product backlogs, translate business needs into user stories and requirements, and deliver customer value in an Agile environment
Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and shape strategic direction

Proven product ownership experience
Experience working in Agile delivery environments
Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
Considerable customer outcome focus
Experience prioritising and managing product backlogs
Data-driven decision-making capability
Financial services experience (highly valued)
Knowledge of payment schemes and payment networks (highly valued)
International payments experience (highly valued)
Foreign exchange (FX) knowledge (highly valued)
Experience supporting "run the bank" activities (highly valued)
Skills relevant to success in role, including risk and controls, change and transformation, business acumen, strategic thinking, digital and technology, and job-specific technical skills
