Curated is partnered with an AI-first Insur Tech, one of the most profitable businesses in their sector, to find a Senior Product Manager to join their expanding product team in London.
Their platform is a high-volume transactional platform where every step of the user journey directly drives revenue. The ambition is to scale that 5 to 10x. This role owns the product that gets them there.
That means the roadmap, the discovery, the delivery, and the adoption. Not a ticket-taker. Someone who can find the problem, define the solution, and ship it.
We are looking for an exceptionally talented Senior Product Manager from an eCommerce, Marketplace, or similar background, who will own the end to end user journey across a complex, multi-step platform, with a deep obsession for understanding the user and how they move through it. AI and automation are central to the roadmap, and this role will be at the heart of that transformation.
Whatthey are looking for
- 5+ years in product management from ecommerce, marketplace, or consumer platforms where you have owned a holistic end to end user journey
- You think in journeys not features. Conversion and engagement in the broadest sense, not just one step of a funnel
- Comfortable owning discovery end to end. User research, journey mapping, hypothesis definition, OKRs before building
- Strong on delivery. Iterative releases, managing dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned
- Data driven. You use behavioural and operational analytics to prioritise and prove impact
- Industry background matters less than mindset. We are deliberately hiring from outside the sector
- Most ecommerce PMs own a slice of the funnel. This role owns the whole thing, at a scale most platforms never reach
- Full end to end ownership from discovery through to adoption
- Small product team, direct line to the CPO, genuine ownership from day one
- High autonomy, high accountability, real commercial impact inside a profitable, well-capitalised global business
- AI-first transformation at the core of the roadmap, not as a buzzword but as the primary lever for growth
