We are actively looking to secure a Service Manager to join Experis and support a major digital transformation programme within the healthcare sector.

The Role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Service Manager to support the delivery of a large-scale digital healthcare programme.
Working within a multidisciplinary environment, you will coordinate project activities, support governance and reporting processes, analyse information to support informed decision-making, and help ensure successful service delivery across a complex stakeholder landscape.
This role would suit someone with strong project coordination experience, excellent communication skills, and a solution-focused approach to problem solving.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and support project and service delivery activities across multiple work streams.
Track progress against key milestones, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Build effective working relationships with technical, operational, and business stakeholders.
Analyse data and identify trends to support reporting and operational decision-making.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates.
Proactively identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Escalate concerns where appropriate and support resolution activities.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
Skills & Experience Required
Project Management & Coordination
Proven experience managing or coordinating projects in complex environments.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage competing priorities.
Track record of delivering against deadlines and project objectives.
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Business Analysis
Ability to analyse data, identify trends, and interpret information to support reporting and decision-making.
Experience producing insights and supporting governance activities.
Problem Solving
Solution-oriented mindset with strong analytical thinking.
Ability to identify issues, ask effective questions, and escalate concerns when required.
