Job Description

The Role We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and client-focused individual to join our Energy Solutions team. The successful candidate will support clients operating across the energy and water sectors, with a particular focus on smart infrastructure, utility services and technologies that enable the transition to net zero.

The role is primarily responsible for coordinating and supporting industry meetings, stakeholder engagement and the production of high-quality documentation to support governance and decision-making. Working with clients, Chairs, committee members, industry bodies, technology providers and internal specialists, you will provide reliable facilitation, coordination and quality support across energy, water and net zero technology programmes.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and relationship management skills, a keen eye for detail and a genuine interest in the modernisation of UK utilities. The role will contribute to work involving smart metering, energy and water efficiency, low-carbon solutions and other emerging technologies that support resilient, affordable and sustainable services.

Responsibilities Client and Contract Management Deliver day-to-day operational support across a portfolio of energy, water and net zero technology contracts, programmes and trade associations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with utility clients, technology providers and key stakeholders, ensuring a consistently high level of customer satisfaction.

Act as a point of contact for routine client enquiries, responding promptly and referring complex contract, technology or governance matters to the appropriate colleague.

Work collaboratively with technical, regulatory and commercial colleagues to ensure clients receive the expertise required to meet their objectives.

Meeting and Governance Support Coordinate and support forum meetings, working with Chairs and committee members to ensure effective preparation, facilitation and follow-up.

Deliver high-quality meeting papers, agendas, briefing notes, minutes, action logs, and governance documentation.

Monitor progress against actions and decisions, ensuring outcomes are effectively tracked and communicated.
