Working hours:

Full time 37.5 hours per week – Monday to Friday Hybrid We  believe that through collaboration and connection with our colleagues we can achieve great things. Our hybrid working approach allows our people to work both in the office and at home, providing the flexibility and resources you need to succeed in your role. We don't require you to be in on specific days;

instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days per month. You should work with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

What you’ll do Proposition

Roadmap:

Translate an agreed proposition strategy and multi year roadmap into actionable plans grounded in customer, market and commercial insight. Proposition Definition:
Support the definition of proposition through collation of customer insights, target audience identification and market surveillance into clear, detailed and executable proposition requirements. Lead design of propositions: ensuring strategic, commercial and customer experience ambitions are translated through delivery to market. Go to Market Execution:
Support the creation of launch plans and work with cross functional teams to execute activity consistently across all channels. Customer Experience & Commercial Ownership:
Maintain a strong customer experience, manage business cases, track performance, and make data driven adjustments to improve outcomes. In Life Management:
Monitor market shifts and operational performance, resolving issues and optimising propositions in-life. Stakeholder Engagement:
Clearly communicate updates and requirements across the business to ensure alignment.
