• Build a deep understanding of our addressable market industry landscape customer needs and opportunities for growth.
• Carry outmarket sizing competitive analysis and external research tohelp inform commercial strategy and investment decisions.

Shape segmentation and Ideal Customer Profiles

• Partner with Commercial and Marketing teams to define refine andvalidatemarket segments and Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
• Use data and insight toidentifythe highest-value opportunities andhelpimprove targeting effectiveness.

Support strategic commercial decision-making

• Provide analysis and recommendations that help leadershipprioritisemarkets customer segments partnerships and commercial initiatives.
