What You’ll Be Doing We’re growing our Product team and are seeking an Associate Product Manager with a track record of hard work, customer obsession and delivering great outcomes.

Delivering features and projects that drive customer and business impact

Collaborating with senior stakeholders across the company to align on commercial and operational objectives

Running a mission team of engineers with an eye on delivery and customer outcomes. Excelling ting the project over the line. Motivating those nearby to make hard things seem easy

Help Capital on Tap achieve long term strategic dominance in SME industry

We’re looking forThis role is for someone who’s ready to shoulder individual responsibility for end to end development and delivery of features that align with business and customer needs. This person needs to be highly driven and self-motivated and will be rewarded by having a direct impact on customer outcomes and by collaborating with senior stakeholders across our business. We require someone with2+ years of experience in product management or project management

Strong commercial intuition, entrepreneurial spirit and foundational gut instinct

Strong organisational skills to thrive in chaos and remain calm among every day pressure of workload and delivery.

Strong communication skills to keep people aligned and mission teams humming along

Strong interpersonal skills to make hard work rewarding, sustainable and nourishing

The ability to synthesise large amounts of information and distil a problem down to its essence

Interview Process ððFirst stage: 30 minute intro and values call with Talent Partner (Video call)ðSecond stage: 45 minute CV overview with Senior PM in relevant area (ln person)ðFinal stage: 45 minute interview with Head of Department (In person)
