As a Senior Consultant within the Global Value & Access team, you will take a leading role in shaping project strategy
, driving high-quality delivery
, and serving as a trusted partner to clients across the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. You will apply deep expertise in Market Access,
HEOR
, pricing and reimbursement, and evidence strategy to guide decision-making in complex and fast-moving environments.
You will lead multiple work streams with confidence, ensuring methodological rigour
, well-structured narratives, and impactful recommendations
. You will be responsible for steering teams
, maintaining strong client engagement
, and overseeing high-quality outputs across diverse project types, from HTA and pricing strategy to evidence synthesis, qualitative research, and landscape analysis.

This role builds the strategic leadership and commercial capability required for progression towards a Manager
, where ownership of full client accounts, multi-project oversight, and thought leadership become central responsibilities.
Apply advanced HEOR frameworks, economic evaluation methods, and HTA principles to guide strategy discussions with clients.
Lead pricing and access strategy thinking across countries and therapeutic areas.
Demonstrate mastery of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to produce or review complex, client-ready materials.
Guide teams in applying appropriate methodologies, frameworks, and analytical approaches to diverse project types.
Evaluate complex data and evidence to support strategy, commercial interpretation, and decision-making.
Review and improve others’ work, ensuring tone, clarity, logic, and consistency across deliverables.
Identify strategic implications and trade-offs, helping clients understand the impact of evidence, policy shifts, or competitive context.
Establish internal QC standards and champion rigorous review processes across projects.
Balance multiple timelines and priorities across several projects, ensuring clarity and structure for teams.
Manage cross-project workload for yourself and others; forecast resource needs and plan ahead.
Foster a high-trust, collaborative environment; support to resolve conflicts and support positive team culture.
Coach team members at all levels, encouraging feedback, development, and high performance.
Lead client presentations, workshops, and strategic discussions with confidence and clarity.
Manage sensitive, complex, or high-stakes client conversations independently.
Provide structured, persuasive communication in emails, presentations, and deliverables.
