Aristocrat is seeking a dedicated Product Manager - Social (Digital Strategy Team) to help manage our Social business channel and be part of our ambitious team! What You'll DoDefine and communicate the product slot vision and strategy within ou Social business

Lead cross-functional teams to successfully implement product initiatives.

Conduct market research to determine customer needs and competitive landscape.

Develop and manage product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.

Prioritize features and improvements to deliver world-class user experiences.

Collaborate with engineering, build, and marketing teams to ensure flawless product launches.

Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback and data.

Build and present compelling product proposals to senior leadership.

Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development.

Drive product adoption through effective communication and training.

Analyze and report on important data to measure product success.

Advocate for the customer, ensuring their needs are met throughout the product lifecycle.

What We're Looking For Proven experience as a Product Manager, with 5+ years in a similar role.

Strong understanding of product management principles and practices.

Outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Analytical approach with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's or equivalent experience preferred).Demonstrated success in launching and managing complex products.

Ability to strictly prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
