• Support day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives within the Chief Operating Office (COO)
• Conduct research and analysis on operational processes, performance metrics, and business priorities
• Help track action items, risks, milestones, and deliverables across ongoing projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
• Assist with documentation of business procedures, workflows, and governance materials

• Process improvement: understanding workflows and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency
• Governance and controls awareness: learning how organizations manage oversight, accountability, and risk
• Project and program coordination: tracking actions, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Reporting and metrics: helping compile dashboards, updates, and performance insights
• Execution discipline: supporting the follow-through needed to move initiatives from planning to completion

• Improving team efficiency by helping organize processes, track deliverables, and support follow-through on priorities
• Supporting decision-making by gathering information, preparing updates, and helping turn data into clear insights
• Strengthening coordination across stakeholders by helping manage communications, action items, and project touchpoints
• Contributing to operational excellence by identifying gaps, suggesting improvements, and helping streamline routine work
• Enabling execution by supporting projects, timelines, governance activities, and reporting
