We're looking for experienced Commercial Managers to join our Post-Contract Commercial teams, where you'll be responsible for managing strategic supplier relationships, driving contract performance and ensuring our suppliers deliver against their commitments.

As a Post-Contract Commercial Manager, you'll take ownership of some of TfL's most critical supplier relationships and high-value contracts, ensuring they deliver the performance, value and innovation needed to support London's transport network.

You'll be at the sharp end of commercial delivery, leading negotiations, managing risk, driving supplier performance and unlocking opportunities for continuous improvement. Whether navigating complex challenges, resolving commercial issues or influencing senior stakeholders, you'll have a direct impact on TfL's operational and project success.

Working across high-value and strategically important contracts, you'll:

• Lead contract and supplier management activities across a diverse portfolio.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage supplier performance against contractual obligations and KPIs.
• Drive value-for-money initiatives and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage commercial risk, change control and contract governance processes.
• Lead negotiations relating to variations, claims, disputes and contract amendments.
