This is not a traditional Executive Assistant position. You'll become a trusted extension of the CEO, helping them focus on what matters most whilst bringing structure, prioritisation and strategic support across the business. You'll have visibility across leadership, operations, investors and key business projects, making this an exceptional stepping stone for someone looking to build a long-term Chief of Staff career.
Responsibilities- Act as a strategic business partner to the CEO
- Manage priorities, workflow and executive effectiveness
- Prepare board packs, presentations and leadership materials
- Coordinate investor meetings and communications
- Drive process improvement initiatives and operational efficiencies
- Identify and solve business bottlenecks
- Support leadership meetings, off-sites and company events
- Track key projects and organisational priorities
- Utilise AI tools and automation to improve ways of working
- Partner with senior stakeholders across the business
- Strong commercial awareness and business acumen
- Naturally curious with a desire to understand the bigger picture
