Bond Moran Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with an impressive, market-leading business operating within the licensed consumer products sector. This is a key management-level appointment where you'll take responsibility for buying, stock control, forecasting and inventory planning, helping to ensure the business continues to maintain strong product availability while managing stock effectively. This isn't simply about buying products or managing stock.

It's about making commercially sound decisions that support profitability, maintain availability, improve stock performance and strengthen supplier relationships. Working closely with colleagues across Sales, Finance, Operations and Product, you'll take ownership of day-to-day buying, forecasting, stock management and supplier relationships across multiple product categories, helping the business make informed purchasing decisions and maintain excellent commercial discipline. We're particularly interested in speaking with individuals who have built their careers within licensed consumer products, branded goods, retail, toys, gifting, apparel, accessories or other fast-paced product-led environments.

You'll bring:

Experience with in Buying, Merchandising, Stock Control, Inventory Planning or Supply Chain. A good commercial mindset with experience across forecasting, purchasing and stock management. Experience managing supplier relationships, ideally including international suppliers. Strong analytical skills and the confidence to use data to support commercial decisions. Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders across the business. A proactive approach, with the ability to identify opportunities to improve processes and performance.

The confidence to take ownership of your area and make decisions independently. More than anything, we're looking for someone who enjoys improving businesses. Someone who is commercially aware, analytical and proactive, and motivated by making a measurable difference rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
