Client Relationship Management Data Assistant

Whether your experience comes from previous roles, internships, placements, academic studies or a personal interest in CRM and data management, we'll provide the support and development needed to help you succeed and grow within the role.

• Support the Global CRM Manager in enhancing the firm's client data and relationship management capabilities.
• Maintain the accuracy, quality and integrity of data held within Inter Action Hybrid Cloud.
• Monitor and manage the CRM support inbox, responding to user requests and queries.
• Support data cleansing, maintenance, enrichment and archiving activities.
• Assist with system updates, enhancements and ongoing optimisation.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Contribute to CRM related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Produce regular and ad hoc reports for stakeholders across the firm.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Analyse client and relationship data to identify trends, insights and opportunities.
• Support data driven decision making within Business Development and Marketing teams.
• Create, maintain and enhance reporting outputs for a range of stakeholders.
• Deliver training and support to colleagues across the firm.
• Create user guides, FAQs and video-based learning content.
• Promote best practice use of client data and CRM tools.
• Support initiatives that drive user engagement and adoption.
• Assist with the administration of marketing technology platforms including Vuture and Cirrom.
• Support email marketing activities and reporting.
• Help ensure compliance with GDPR and marketing preference requirements.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and adoption of technology solutions that support business growth.

• Partner with colleagues across Business Development, Marketing and Communications functions.
• Support partners, lawyers and business services professionals with data and reporting requirements.
• Build strong relationships across the firm and become a trusted point of contact for client data related queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and user experience.

• A genuine interest in data, analytics, technology, relationship management, marketing or business development.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good organisational and time management abilities.
• Confidence building relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
