Artlogic is a leading technology platform for the art world. Founded in 1989, Artlogic empowers over 6,000 galleries, dealers, and art professionals worldwide to streamline their operations and grow their businesses. The company’s integrated platform combines inventory management, CRM, websites, sales, marketing, and payment tools, everything needed to run a modern and successful art business.
In 2021, Artlogic was acquired by tech investors Cove Hill Partners to accelerate innovation and expand its global reach. Since then, the company has doubled in size, with employees across London, New York, Atlanta, and Cape Town.
Today, Artlogic is entering an exciting new chapter through its merger with Art Cloud, another industry leader in art technology. Together, the two companies are uniting complementary platforms to build the most comprehensive, forward-thinking solution for the art world. This collaboration brings together deep expertise across CRM, sales, marketing, inventory, payments, and AI-powered tools, empowering galleries, artists, and collectors worldwide.
Joining Artlogic means becoming part of a growing global team that is shaping the future of how art is bought, sold, and managed, both online and in person.
About the RoleAt Artlogic, our People team is a trusted partner to the business and a driving force behind our culture and talent. We advise and support our leaders and teams, create an environment where people can do their best work, and ensure we have the culture, talent and foundations to support Artlogic as we grow.
This is a company-wide coordination role bringing together events, employee engagement, workplace experience and practical support for Artlogic’s leadership and company rhythms. You’ll play a key role in bringing our culture to life, creating brilliant experiences, delivering the moments that bring our people together, and helping everyone feel connected, informed and part of Artlogic, wherever they’re based.
You’ll be the person who makes things happen behind the scenes: ensuring our company-wide events run brilliantly, our leaders have the practical support they need for important meetings and offsites. You’ll be the person who anticipates what’s needed, brings people and details together, and makes sure things happen brilliantly.
You’ll be comfortable embracing AI and automation to work smarter and simplify the day-to-day, while recognising that the real value you bring is distinctly human - your creativity, judgement, attention to detail and ability to build great relationships and experiences.
