- Bring strong data-savvy and analytical skills
- Quickly grasp technical concepts and partner effectively with Machine Learning and Operations Research specialists
- Apply systems thinking while balancing customer needs, commercial goals, and marketplace effects
- Demonstrate ownership of high-velocity execution and attention to detail
- Show a growth mindset and resilience when learning, adapting to failures, and moving forward
