We convene shareholders to collectively push companies to tackle climate crisis, protect nature and shape healthier societies. In the UK and EU, we advocate for financial regulation that has society’s best interests at its core.

As part of the Health programme, the Research & Campaign Manager plays a central role in delivering our Clean Air Initiative (CAI) – a campaign that puts air quality at the heart of the responsible investment agenda.

Having completed a successful pilot phase, CAI has secured multiyear funding, and this role is key to building on that momentum and driving continued progress.

A normal week would see you leading on research and campaign content, building relationships with investors and companies, and working closely with colleagues across Investor Engagement, Policy, Comms and Responsible Investment Standards to keep our work joined up and aligned to our new 5-year strategy.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Initiative Lead to plan, schedule and deliver CAI work streams, including leading relevant AGM strategies
• Embedding Share Action's Responsible Investment Standards into CAI's campaign asks, investor materials and corporate engagement
• Managing external relationships with companies, partners and funders, and supporting the development of funding bids
• Mobilising investors through briefings, statements, letters and escalation tactics, and strengthening our investor coalition
• Leading the development of research and campaign content, from investor briefings to reports and case studies, and presenting findings to a range of audiences
• Coordinating across internal teams to keep CAI's activities joined up and delivered against strategy
• Supporting budget management for CAI work streams
• Monitoring company practices and policies on air quality, and supporting funder reporting

As part of this role, you'll regularly engage with investors, companies and NGOs, forming strong relationships and using your skills to influence real change on air quality and health. In doing so, you'll help Share Action work towards our vision of a financial system that serves people and planet.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to present clearly to senior stakeholders and the public
