German-speaking Project Executive – Graduate / Early Career Purley, South London | Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days home £27,000 – £32,000 DOE  Benefits Are you fluent in German and looking to build a long-term career in Project and Account Management? Due to the continued expansion of their German-speaking Account Management team, our client is looking to recruit a fluent German-speaking graduate or early-career professional to join their established international business.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to develop within Project and Account Management, with full training, ongoing support and genuine long-term career development. You don't need previous experience within packaging, FMCG or Project Management. What matters is that you are fluent in German and English, highly organised, analytical, confident communicating with people and have excellent attention to detail.

The Role:

As a Project Executive, you will work closely with clients, Project Managers, Account Managers and internal creative teams to coordinate projects from the initial brief through to completion. You will be involved in:
Taking project briefs from clients and ensuring requirements are clearly understood. Communicating with German-speaking clients in fluent German and English. Coordinating with clients, creative teams and internal departments to keep projects on track. Managing project timelines and following detailed critical path processes. Monitoring progress and ensuring key deadlines and milestones are achieved. Reviewing and analysing information to ensure accuracy. Maintaining detailed project records, systems and documentation.

Managing multiple projects and priorities within a fast-paced FMCG environment. Providing project, analytical and administrative support to the wider team. Developing your knowledge and taking increasing responsibility for your own projects as you progress. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR This opportunity is particularly suited to a fluent German-speaking graduate who is looking for a company where they can develop their career over the long term.

We will also consider candidates with some relevant early-career experience in administration, coordination, customer service, project support or a similar environment. You will need:
Fluency in German and English – essential, both written and spoken. A degree or equivalent qualification. Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to your work. Strong analytical and organisational skills. The ability to follow detailed processes and manage information accurately. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence communicating with clients and colleagues. The ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines.

A genuine interest in developing a career in Project and Account Management. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. Previous Project Management, Account Management, packaging or FMCG experience is not essential as full training will be provided.
